Registration

We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however, should this be necessary please see the terms below.

We take receipt of a completed registration form as acceptance of the terms and conditions as stipulated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your conference registration will be possible before the following dates by sending an email to post@hawkinswright.com

Cancellation before 1 October:                      90% refund of registration fee

Cancellation between 1 and 19 October:      50% refund of registration fee

Cancellation after 19 October:                       no refund

Payment must be received in full prior to the conference.  Access will not be permitted if full payment has not been received.

In the event that Hawkins Wright cancels the Symposium for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Hawkins Wright product to be mutually agreed with Hawkins Wright, within two years from the date of postponement.

In the event that Hawkins Wright postpones the Symposium for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Hawkins Wright product to be mutually agreed with Hawkins Wright, within two years from the date of postponement.

Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

Hawkins Wright is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of this Symposium. Hawkins Wright shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this symposium is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this symposium impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Hawkins Wright reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible

Insurance

Hawkins Wright cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the Symposium. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.

Contact information is collected when you fill out any of the forms used to attend this Symposium.

What do we use your information for?

The information we collect from you is used to better serve your needs by responding to your request in the briefest time possible.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
